Enforce Stricter Punishment to Mat Rempits!
Petition To: "Malaysian Law Enforcement",
Mat Rempit culture puts our Malaysia, a developing country, in great shame.
Innocent people are hurt and killed, and with such a loose enforcement, these 'sampah masyarakat' even dare to stand against the Royal Malaysian Police, which should never occur in the first place! A MAXIMUM PENALTY SHOULD BE IMPOSED, so these people would know that their activity is greatly denounced by the majority Malaysian civilians.
Illegal racing should fall under "Reckless Driving" Seksyen 41(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987. This is serious, and they should not be on the road anymore. This petition intends to request the government to take serious action to clean up the road from Mat Rempits, where many of them are road bullies and pose great threat to fellow motorists.
SIGN THIS PETITION, AND SAY NO TO REMPITS AND ILLEGAL RACERS OUT THERE.
